Due to continued growth, a number of vacancies at all levels of experience are required within the Company Secretarial department.
Key responsibilities include being responsible for the statutory and corporate secretarial obligations of Apax’s Guernsey private equity fund general partners and related entities which are administered in-house by Apax Partners Guernsey Limited.
Duties also include but are not limited to:
- Assisting in the statutory and corporate secretarial reporting and filing requirements of the entities managed by APG
- Assisting in the quarterly board meetings process of the general partner and other regulated entities undertaken by APG, including:
- Collation of papers;
- Preparation of board packs;
- Oversight of meetings timetables;
- Attendance at meetings and recording of minutes.
- Preparation of minutes of board and committee meetings
- Assist the Corporate Services team with the recording of the Apax funds’ investment decision process
- Liaising with both internal and external counterparties
- Ensuring complaint with the relevant APG processes and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
The ideal candidates would have relevant experience within a company secretarial role and experience of attending board meetings and taking minutes.
