Our client, Quayport are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Senior Support Officer to join our team in a part-time capacity. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring that client action points, often arising from compliance reviews, are promptly addressed and completed.
The ideal candidate will have some knowledge of fiduciary services and will excel at working behind the scenes to ensure client files are up-to-date, compliant, and properly managed. While there will be no direct client interaction, you will be working closely with internal teams to manage a variety of client-related tasks, from updating due diligence documentation to completing file reviews and resolving other client-related matters.
The successful candidate will have experience working with compliance or fiduciary administration, or within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Action Points Management:

- Review and action client-related tasks arising from internal compliance reviews and audits.
- Ensure that all client files are maintained and updated in accordance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Address outstanding due diligence requirements, ensuring that all documentation is complete and in order.
- Complete periodic file reviews to verify compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on client files, ensuring that all action points are tracked and resolved promptly.
- Work closely with compliance, legal, and alongside the administration team to ensure that client action points are fully understood and addressed in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively across various business teams, ensuring that all required information is passed along and that action items are completed as per internal requirements.
- Provide administrative support to other teams as needed to assist with operational tasks related to client file management.
- Assist with the preparation of internal and external reports related to client file status and compliance.
- Provide support in managing systems and databases that track client files and action points.
- Ensure that all actions are performed with high attention to detail and accuracy, minimising the risk of errors or omissions.
- Be proactive in identifying any potential issues or gaps in the compliance process and flag them for resolution.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to process and manage information accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to build on this role, bringing your own ideas of how to make working practices better and achieve required results.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant administrative tools or systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- A proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset and a willingness to take ownership of tasks.
